Imagine I have no idea about bread, how to make it, whether to buy mixes or basic ingredients... but I have a bread maker!
The family eat a certain amount of it, usually in Tesco meal-deal sandwiches.
Experience suggests I need to get ahead in this.
WWYD?
I'm happy to make bread up in the maker, but then cook it in the oven, to avoid ' the hole'.
But I'm thinking my window to 'experiment' and perfect is closing, what with 'everything'...
Can anyone guide me, please?
