I usually store dried fruit in clean sterilized jam jars just wondered what others do. I branched out a bit yesterday and did half a dozen kiwis, bit messy with the mandolin but they dried very well. I've also got a few mangos but can't work out how best to slice them. Has anyone dried then as cubes? I just keep eating them Grin.

We had a trial run last night & made kale crisps. They were actually gorgeous! Making a load more today & then will have a go with my rhubarb glut

How did you get on with the rhubarb? I usually freeze it in inch long chunks or turn into jam or chutney

I'm breaking my "I will never grow courgettes again " rule so I can make courgette chips in my dehydrator. I still have an "I will never grow rhubarb " rule but I am interested to see how others have got on.

Can we reinvigorate this thread again? With more dehydrating chat?

I've been storing in airtight clip lock tuppawear. Seems expensive though. Can I just use normal jars that I can recycle myself?
