Prepping manifesto

I'm sure I read about a prepping manual on MN, and even looked at it on Amazon. It had lots of different sections, and built up towards nuclear war 😱 / similar. Does anyone know what it was?

There are loads of books around. Usually American so they have limited relevance to life in UK. Mainly because firearms make an inevitable appearance at some point.
There are books focussed on particular topics like Where There is No Doctor.
I'd suggest watching sensible people like Prepper Pot Pourri on YouTube and taking it from there. Or comical ones like Praxis Prepper who did a black comedy merging into thought provoking "Alien Invasion " series. Maybe get into developing some bushcraft skills and gardening knowledge.
