I have loads of powdered milk and evaporated milk in my stash. I love cheese too, and was hoping there was a way of making cheese out of it, if need be.

there is Smile
I think I need to get some cheese cloth though.

Nice one. Also love cheese and would miss it.

I'm planning on stocking up on some of this www.ocado.com/webshop/product/Emmi-Swiss-Original-Fondue/51644011?ULP_CAMPAIGN_ID=52&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI-Yi_3sPW3QIV1_hRCh3FjwDIEAYYASABEgII8_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&dclid=CO-uqOrD1t0CFYng1Qodp4IFMQ

Bit pricey, but it lasts for years without refrigeration, and is excellent for a gooey cheesy bit of comfort food.

Actually, I saw a recommendation for having a fondue set as a way of heating stuff indoors if there's no power. Obviously a candle one.
