Anyone worried about the solar flare this week?

Just read an article about a solar flare/wind causing major blackouts to the uk this week.

I was wondering if anyone was more aware/prepping for this than I am?

It's not really something I've thought of before.

I wasn't aware of anything really big definitely happening. Have you got a link to the source? (But loss of power and/or utilities is something I've been through before and expect to go through again.)
