Oh please can we have a sticky so we don't have to deal with "what's a prepper? Are you all mad? Hahahahah a".

There was a big discussion on another thread about the name, and they were going to change it, was just wondering what happened as everyone had agreed.
I can't remember which thread it was on now.
Although I am happy enough with the prepper title. Don't really understand why so many people getting up tight about it. Think it is their own probably really , there isn't anything on here to validate the notion that we are all digging concrete bunkers full of ammo.

So just to confirm I sent this to MN last night as the majority seemed happy with it. Hopefully this is ok but let MN know if not.

Hopefully you have been following all the goings on with this board. There seems to be a mix up in understanding what the board is about so we have agreed a change of title and some words to put in a sticky thread at the top of the page. They are as follows -

Emergency Preparedness
The Emergency Preparedness section is for anyone interested in safety, preparing for life's inconveniences such as car breakdown or power cuts and for discussing longer term events.
