My last son was born at 30+5 and I fell pregnant just over. 18 months later, and I can't shake this gut feeling that this bub will be around the 28 week mark. This baby is really low already, all kicks are in my pelvis and everything there aches (I'm almost 20 weeks now) any advice? Or stories similar??

Yea I have mentioned it to my care team and we did an ultrasound of my cervix to rule out any issues with that. So hopefully they will monitor me more carefully this time around

My first was at 31 weeks, so we did quite a few pre pregnancy sessions to work out how to do things differently next time. It may be a bit different as I had early onset preeclampsia and they had trials running during my second pregnancy on how to avoid it....
I got to 36 weeks with number 2 and 38 weeks with number 3, but was very heavily monitored both times.....

ShakeVigorously · 03/08/2018 16:28

I had my 1st @ 35 weeks, my 2nd @ 35 weeks and my 3rd @ 34 weeks.
I knew each time I wouldn't get to term, just a weird feeling. No medical explanation.
Was there a reason your baby was early or did you just go into labour?
They will definitely keep a close eye on you this time Thanks

No reason for my water to break at all but this time round I have an irritable uterus so really nervous

I had an irritable uterus on my last pregnancy, from 28 weeks, it was absolute hell.
Don't be afraid to keep going back and forth to the hospital if you feel you need to.
Good luck Thanks
