gift for high risk prem baby?

A very close friend of mine has delivered her baby at 32 weeks and has some kidney problems. The baby is high risk and is in NICU with an uncertain prognosis. She delivered the baby in her home country which is quite far from our country of residence.
I'm going to send her a package this week and was wondering if anyone had any gift ideas or suggestions for what I can put in.
So far, I have a st Christopher charm (to watch over the baby on his journey - whatever that journey may be) and a story book for them to read to him so he can hear their voices (I read lots to my prem baby while he was in NICU). Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Hand cream. All the hand washing in nicu killed my hands and 10months on they're still not the same!!

Maybe a wee teddy or outfit? And a nice card. DD2 came home fine and healthy but I'm still a little sad she didn't get nearly as many cards as DD1 I'm guessing because it was a bit uncertain at first

They're lovely suggestions, thank you, that's really helpful.

I wasn't sure about getting a card because I really didn't want any cards while my baby was in NICU but I do want to send her one.
