My local Asda has just introduced a range of baby clothes for preemies. Smile

Available in store, smallest size is "up to 3lbs".

I wish they had done this six months ago when my little 2lb11oz preemie was born!

Congrats on your lo, and the impressive weight gain.

Dd was 5lb 5oz so not as small as yours, but she wore a lot of asda early baby clothes

Thanks. Mine wore Asda too, but they now have a special section of preemie clothes as well as their early baby size in their normal range.

Yes I saw those and wondered if they were new or I just hadn't noticed them before. Good for asda.

All our prem stuff came from asda. Saw some in Boots last week - they had velcro sleeves which would make dealing with drips etc easiee but they were stupidly expensive!

That would have been great for us but DTg is now 11lbs 9oz! And DTb is 5lbs 10oz :)

Congrats on your LO :)

Anyone else find adsa baby clothes huge, my baby only grew into the up to 6lb range when she was 6 and a half lb and is still wearing some up to 9lb stuff at 13lb!

ASDA premature range were great. They opened completely flat and had loads of gaps for the various wires.

I didn't find them big - our DD outgrew the 3lbs at about 3.5lbs and the 4lbs at about 4.5lbs. She's still in Mothercare's early baby (up to 5lbs) at 6lbs
