When will growth spurts hit a prem baby?

DS2 was born at 34 weeks and is 6 weeks old today (so we've just passed his due date) but luckily he's had no issues and has been as good as a term baby really.
Anyway today he's been really unsettled and so wondered if it might be the 6 week growth spurt. With him being born prem will this happen now or in another 6 weeks time (when he should've been 6 weeks or full term)?

I think you go by adjusted age rather than actual.

yes, compare everything with his corrected age rather than actual, except feeding which goes by actual age (how ready the gut is for food is more to do with how long it has been awake and working rather than corrected age)

Every baby is different though and growth spurts can come at any time.... maybe he's getting his 6 week spurt "early"?
