I found out I’m pregnant at 39, I have two kids already 8 and 5. We are complete and I was getting my life back, back in 2023 I had a medical termination and I was okay I was relieved and every now I think eek could of had 3 and glad I didn’t. We had a withdrawal issue and then I took the emergency contraception but unfortunately I took it on the day I had ovulated or already had ovulated and it failed. I have my first telehealth of Thursday and just want it over and done with but I just keep thinking why does this one feel more shocker then the first and I think I feel ashamed and guilty cause of social norms and all people who want bubs and try hard and there is me accidentally and not going through. I def don’t want another kid I only wanted two and got my boy and girl and I want my 40s to be a living our life after raising small babies in our 30s. Why do I keep being in shock how can I help myself process it quicker haha
