What do I tell my boss?

Had faint positive and negative digital yesterday. Tested again this morning both strong positives. Decided to book GP for termination appointment and told boss I need an urgent GP appointment and I’m ok ill be in work later on. GP appointment ended up running over but Im scheduled to have a telephone consultation for pills tomorrow. Hopefully I will take them over the weekend and be fine my monday. My boss prys a lot and I think she will be able to tell why Ive been off. I don’t want it to be gossip but I can’t think of anything else that would be urgent enough for a GP appointment but fine for me to come back in and then be off the next day.

Should I just tell her?
