HELP! Minimal bleeding and no cramps after medical abortion.

Hi all.
Found out I was pregnant on Tuesday following a condom break and morning after pill fail.

I had my bps consultation the following day and received the pills.

Took the first one Friday 3pm then yesterday at around 8pm took the 4 pessaries vaginally. No cramping and fell asleep. Set an alarm for midnight and there was little spotting so I took the other 2 pessaries.

Just woke up before with very mild cramps (feels more like gas) and a little more fresh blood but no where near as much I get on a period. Also no clots. I took x4 ibuprofen as advised.

Panicking it’s not worked?! I expected to be up all night in pain but I fell asleep shortly after putting the pessaries in. Worried I haven’t put them in high enough.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Just keep an eye on it or better yet, call the aftercare team. I waited 3 weeks to take the test and it was positive, went to the clinic and it failed so I then decided to have a SA and still suffering from it. It has been going on since January.

I bled a not more day 3 and 4 and haven’t had anything since Friday. Will do the test in 2 weeks. Hoping it’s all passed xx
