I wanted to share a petition I’ve started after seeing so many women (myself included) experience birth trauma or unsafe maternity care. Too many families have faced preventable injuries, loss, and long-term trauma — and in many areas, serious concerns are not being investigated as part of the current national maternity review.
This isn’t about blaming individual staff — it’s about making sure every family, in every hospital, receives safe, compassionate care.
