Abortion happening but I’m confused, help please

Hi,

found out I was pregnant last week. I’m roughly 5-6 weeks by period but 2-3 by date of sex.

I took the first pill exactly 24 hours ago, came home from being out to a really heavy bleed and a clot.

inserted the 4 tablets (that’s bloody hard work!) around 30 mins ago but I’m cramping but bleeding has calmed down a lot. Do I take the other 2 in 3 hours or do I just wait?
