The pain after an abortion how I miss that child so much. I had anxiety and should not have done it. My biggest regret and cause of so much pain every day

@Anxious24 this was me last year and it’s so hard. Take yourself out, get some fresh air, be kind to yourself, see there world round about you. Things won’t be this bad forever.

@Anxious24 i was the same today hun . It's so incredibly hard . The only thing we can do is get through and feel our pain . I'm so incredibly sad today. I hope my baby comes back to me . Sending you the biggest hug xx
