24hrs into medical abortion, only bleeding when I go to the toilet- normal?

I'm somewhere between 5 and 6 weeks.
I took the first tablet at 11pm Thursday night and then the 4 pessaries at 8am Saturday morning.
Apart from a lot of tummy ache, nothing happened so at 11am I took the other 2 pessaries.
At 2.30pm I started to bleed but only when I went to the toilet and pushed hard. It was like that all night and morning. Like a period I guess- a stream of blood in the toilet but no clots. The maternity pads I've been wearing have been totally clear.
I've called up the private clinic I went through but they've said as it's not a medical emergency I have to call back tomorrow
Please can anyone tell me if their experience was similar to mine? I think it's working as I'm bleeding but I'm worried about retaining some tissue.
I felt horrendous yesterday - high temp, fluey,sick, upset tummy and a lot of pain. Today I feel totally normal and am cleaning my house!

How are you now? I’m in a similar boat this week! The clinic said to wait it out over the weekend since I’m not feeling unwell.

I didnt see the clots I passed - a bit tmi but did you have any bowel movements along with the clots?

I definitely knew I'd passed it because the pain built to a peak and once I passed it, it all suddenly dropped. My pregnancy test came back negative a few weeks later.

I didn't really pass any clots on my pad, just looked like a regular period.
