Period 2.5 weeks after medical abortion?

I had the second lot of tablets on the 21/4 and bled for around 5 days. Today I’ve started bleeding again. Surely I can’t have ovulated and be having a period already? Has anyone else experienced this? TIA

I had similar, even less time between in fact. I bled for 6 days after my termination. Then had 10 days of no bleeding and then a period started. I was confused whether it was part of the termination or another period. It was very heavy and went on for 14 days! I called the helpline and they said they thought it was likely my first period after my termination. It stopped and then I had a 48 day cycle and then I went back to normal cycle .
