@newtothisxxx no problems at all! I trawled this site only reading the positive experiences after googling and putting my mind into over drive and it helped me a lot!
i started my process last Thursday and took the first tablet at 7:30pm (got my tablets on the Wednesday and had to psych myself up) Friday I did feel really sick all day, was never sick just felt sick all day but still managed to get on with all my day to day activities. I was staring at the second lot of tablets from 7:30pm Friday until 7:30pm Saturday I took it right to the 48 hour mark that you are meant to take them because I was so scared, again no real reason to be other than seeing the horror stories which a lot of people advised are from anti abortion groups intended to scare and I finally thought I’ve got to do this.. this is my journal from Saturday night :)

7:25pm - 4 miso tablets inserted vaginally
Cramping started within 30 mins not painful at all.
8:40pm - small blood clot passed about two grapes in size, small amount of blood with little clots in when wiping
9:45pm - feeling slightly sick and weak (probably anxiety symptoms) paracetamol taken, cramps like moderate period pain all in back but comes in waves like very mild contractions, nothing severe at all. small smear of blood on pad, very small amount when wiping. Pain 2/10
10:15 ate pizza, cramps getting slightly stronger but still nothing that I can’t handle, moving around to the front as well as my back, still coming in waves so do get breaks from them not one constant pain. Pain 4/10
10:45pm - passed a golf ball size clot, some blood on pad, lots in toilet and some smaller clots when wiping, didn’t look too much just checked the size and flushed. Pain 4/10
11:30pm - passed another small clot, looked like the size of a carrot baton, bleeding ramped up slightly heavier like the first day of a period nothing too concerning, pain very minimal 1/10 dull ache, took final two miso orally due to bleeding
12:00am swallowed last two miso, went to sleep
8:30am woke up, plenty of blood on pad but nothing scary just like a heavy period, dull ache in back but fine otherwise - pain 1/10
Bleeding day 1-5 post
Most days there’s barely blood on my pads like a light period, always blood when wiping but small amounts and always pink, few small clots in the blood but nothing bigger than a 20p, no pain, no symptoms of infection. Still quite bloated but boob pain and nausea gone.
i know that’s long but it really was better than most of my periods pain wise and blood loss wise, there’s been nothing on my pads today. It was honestly a worlds better than I imagined, I distracted myself through most with pizza and a good book!
