Hello mums! I have had 2 babies at the Portland hospital. While they have been good experiences, I am very keen to find a provider who will allow me to have a natural water birth.
i have had 2 natural, medication free births already so I am looking for someone who will really support my decision to birth in a pool for my third. For my first 2, my OB told me I could labor in the water but not birth in the water.
please has anyone had experience with this at a private hospital in London? I’ve done some research and I understand the maternity unit at St John’s St Lizzie’s used to really support natural, unmedicated, low intervention births. I am bummed it has since closed as this would be my first choice!
