I unexpectedly found out last week I was pregnant, very early approximately 4 weeks. After a lot of thought I came to the decision of medical abortion yesterday. I took all tablets at home. First tablets Saturday night, other 4 tablets Monday Morning at 10am. Felt nothing until 1pm, extreme cramps, was screaming in pain and couldn’t stay still. This lasted until about 2:30pm, I was being sick and diarrhoea whilst in pain. After that all pain stopped all of a sudden, apart from still feeling sick and tired. I had no bleeding whatsoever, I felt nothing pass but I was on toliet most the time being sick in a bucket so it could have happened them. I then started bleeding brown/dark red blood about 5pm. But not a lot, only when I wipe I’ve still got the same pad on from last night and it’s hardly even touched it.
I’m so scared it hasn’t worked. Do I need to contact someone? I’m so worried I just need some advice please. I may add that I’ve never had a scan to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
