apologies if this is a sensitive subject, or long winded!
I found out I was pregnant after 2 ivf babies, naturally. I suffer with gestational diabetes and severe hypremesis in my previous pregnancies, and right away at 6 weeks it started again, I was bed bound and couldn’t eat or drink.
i panicked. Contacted bpas, which I never thought I would do ever, and had a medical termination at 7 weeks. I had bleeding with a few small clots but nothing major and no pain.
That was 4 weeks ago, at 3 weeks I had to do the test they sent, it had a very faint line that took a while to come up. Since then daily I’ve had positives on shop bought tests (Asda own) although not dark ones. I’ve not had a period yet, and the nurse at bpas wants me to go for a scan on Friday to see if I have a continuing pregnancy as I’ve had a growing basketball like abdomen which I had in prev preg and sore boobs, the sickness went away a day after I had the pills for the termination, so I thought that was that but foods started to taste funny again and when I told the nurse this she laughed and said “ooooh yep” ?
I majorly regret my hasty actions and wish I hadn’t gone through with it.. so if I was still pregnant I would be more than fine with it, but wouldn’t I have darker lines on the tests at 11 weeks?
Just to add to my stupidity we’ve been having unprotected sex since as we discussed and decided if it happens again we are going to have the baby. So I guess as the first time was over two weeks ago could it be a new pregnancy?
please please don’t judge me, I’m in a bad way with all this and realise I’ve been careless and naive, I just want to know your experience if you’ve had similar or know anything that might help? Thanks x
