Medical abortion 5 weeks ago but - Clear blue 2-3 weeks +

I had a medical abortion 5 weeks ago at almost 6 weeks. I did a clear blue test today and it days pregnant 2-3 weeks. I sure the procedure worked as I bleed heavily, passed clots and my symptoms have disappeared. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks x

Hi! Did you do the low sensitivity test they gave you? What was the result there? If negative, I wouldn’t worry too much, as they say it can take 5-6 weeks for the normal preg tests to show negative.

Thanks. No, unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a reading from their test. I spoke to bpas today and they are sending another test. Hopefully it'll be OK.
