MA 10 days ago now bleeding after sex

My bleeding due to MA has more or less stopped now. However I have started bleeding bright red blood after sex and it’s like a period. Had anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned?

I’m not sure. It’s gone off now and I’m just passing what looks like old brown blood when I wipe.
