Medical abortion-terrified about being sick and the pain

Years ago I had a TMFR at 17 weeks and it was absolutely horrific. I was in agony and throwing up everywhere. A couple of years later I was induced with my son and had to have an epidural at 3cm as my body just couldn’t cope with the pain (it was affecting mine and baby’s heart rate), was also vomiting throughout that too. Basically in a nutshell I have the worst pain threshold. After not long having my daughter and finding out I’m pregnant again I am having a termination (feel utterly ashamed with myself that I’ve let this happen when the time is not right for me and my family). I have a telephone appointment next Tuesday with nupas. I think I am around 7/8 weeks (periods still a bit up and down since my daughter). What can I take that will help with the pain and sickness, I am absolutely terrified. Is the pain worse the further on you are?
