Pregnancy Sac? * photo included*

Could anyone tell me whether this is the pregnancy sac I have passed?
I had a medical on Saturday, all the other clots were dark red

Yeah I did but everyone is different some bleed a lot some bleed less.

I had one on Saturday, took 1st pill Friday then others Saturday evening.
It was painful but only like really bad period pains, I've had kids so def not as bad as childbirth! Still bleeding now but cramps have died down.
Are you thinking of having one? X

Thank you for replying, yes I've ordered the pills from NUPAS and I'm waiting for them to arrive I ordered on Sunday and they're still not here. It's been about 3 weeks since conception so although I'm nervous I'm hoping it's just period pains and nothing more. How far along was you? hope you're doing okay xx
