I used to have periods with at least 1 day of heavy bleeding and strong cramps. Medical abortion (at 8 weeks) caused 3 weeks of bleeding incl some days VERY heavy, and pain/cramps where also very bad. But my periods since then (now I have my second since the abortion) have almost disappeared, super light, actually nothing more than spotting, and no cramps. Did anyone else experience this? (The abortion definitely worked, I had a negative preg test and also did a private scan 4 weeks after for extra peace of mind).
