6 weeks, 1 day abortion

Hi everyone, I'm really hoping someone out there is able to get me through the next 48hrs or so.
So at half 2 today I took my first tablet for an abortion, it's now 6.30pm and I'm feeling a little sick?
I'm really dreading the next 24hrs and tomorrow taking the other 4/6 tablets. Has anyone got any tips/reassurance to get me through 🥲

Hi all. I’ve taken the first pill. I’m working today and I’m feeling a little bit sick but I think I’ll get through it.

Second set of pills are due at 7.15pm this evening, with the next two due at 10.15pm.

im honestly so nervous/worried/anxious about it all. I just want it over with now.

Hi everyone this is my first time posting so I’m not really sure of the right things to say . So I found out on the 3rd of October that I was pregnant I rang the clinic the next day for an appointment for a medical abortion . I received an appointment for Thursday the 13th of October . I had a scan on that day confirming I was 6 weeks and 3 days . I decided to go ahead with the termination as it was the right decision for me . I took the first tablet in clinic that day and had no side effects whatsoever I went to work . I was given 4 tablets to take home along with codeine . I inserted the 4 tablets vaginally on Saturday morning around 8.30am. I was fine for a few hours after then around 12 I started to get painful cramps so took myself to bed where the cramps got severely worse and I started to vomit quite often I had no bleeding at this point . Then around 7pm the cramp was really severe I went to the toilet and started to bleed then the pain became worse and something passed could this have been the pregnancy? I couldn’t tell when I looked and didn’t want to look anymore as I started to feel lightheaded and dizzy . I had cramp during the night and today but it wasn’t painful just like mild period cramp and I haven’t bled today so I am absolutely terrified it hasn’t worked I am really scared . If anyone has any advice or has had a similar experience it would be great to hear I am so worried and anxious now thank you xx

So i took my 1st pill yesterday around 6:30 pm. I am experiencing cramps and saw yellowish red urine today afternoon. The cramps are not intense and just like my period cramps. Is it normal? I am very scared!
