Medical abortion - not much blood

Hi All, I took the 2nd set of tablets at 17:50 yesterday and then the third set at 20:50 , I had shivers, temp but no cramping or bleeding, this morning at 05:00 I woke up to go to the toilet and when I wiped there was some blood and clots on the tissue but I’ve not had anything on my pads, I’m 5 weeks 1 day. I was expecting lots of blood/cramps so worried it’s not working. X

Please suggest

I did an abortion yesterday and I bleed before you got home and had to even change twice in less and an hour but after that I stopped bleeding it's evening of the second day and it's still the same and through out I've just felt light cramps and I'm really worried

I was 5 weeks 2 days pregnant and I took 2 abortion pills, (one under my tongue, the other one is insertion) it was just a little blood after like 4 hours and that was all
I waited 3 days to take another pill and this time
I took 2 pills under my tongue
I did one insertion and also collected injection
have been having cramps since that I thought I was all soak in blood but to my surprise
it was just a little blood when I checked
I’m still having cramps but little blood
I don’t know if I’m still pregnant or that’s all
I’m really worried

I used misoprostol 4 doses for my 3weeks and 2days pregnancy and I cannot see any clot coming out of my vagina I can only light bleeding does that mean my abortion is not successful
