I took misopristol 48 hours ago at 6 weeks, and within 2 hours passed one quite big clot, dark red on one side and white tissue on the other side, could see the tiny fetus in the sack 😔. I have had no other clots, no pain at all and am just bleeding slightly more than a period which are quite light for me.
I'm unsure if there should be more or not?
The doctor told me there would be a lot of pain and heavy bleeding and clots, so I am worrying before I can phone them tomorrow if this is also normal or if I'm not passing everything properly?

You should bleed ( even minimally ) for at least 4 days , most likely it will carry on for maybe 2 weeks
It may or may not get heavier
You should not have any pregnancy symptoms after 7 days
You should do the PT provided at 3 weeks
If any of this does not go to plan please call your provider and ask for a Post Treatment Check

Hi,
I was 5 weeks and 4 days and I didn’t have much pain either. Completely manageable, I would even say less than a normal period. I passed clots, not loads like others say and then bled like a normal period for about 5 days until it stopped. Bled on and off for a few weeks after, but not heavily. The reason I knew it had worked was because my pregnancy symptoms disappeared within about a week. Last symptom to disappear was sore boobs but the morning sickness, peeing all the time and strong sense of smell all went within a few days.
If you are really worried, phone the clinic you used. But it can take a few days for everything to pass and if you are bleeding and have lost a clot then it sounds like things are happening.
Remember it’s different for everyone. Hope that helps x
