Hi developed some calf pain after my surgical termination and today got a positive d dimer test which indicates there may be a clot. Gp said I need to go on thinners immediately until a scan can confirm the clot.
I've explained about my procedure but its just one of those things that I need to take them. Spoke to Marie stopes for advice and she said just go to a and e if my bleeding suddenly gets heavy.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience of this? I'm 6 days after the procedure and have had very little bleeding so far just like a very light period
