I had my medical abortion today at Bpas. It was the right decision so to speak, still have a young baby. I am exhausted with nothing else to give. But my gosh I feel sad, i don't know how I expected to feel. Anyone with any advice on what's to come and how to deal. I still have to second lot of tablets to insert tomorrow.

Hi @ftm45, hope you're doing ok. I found the first few weeks the hardest, I'm a few months on now and feel a lot better, though I'm expecting to feel very sad around the due date again. How are you feeling?

Life isn't black and white. For anyone. It's ok to feel sad about the best decision, it just takes a while to get used to the grey xxx

I personally couldn't cope at all and had a total breakdown of grief. But I'm sure you'll be fine. The hormonal change back to not being not pregnant a bit of a rough ride, and a few months of heavy periods and possible mini-haemorrhage, as I had. But eventually the body gets it and goes back to normal. Good luck and see sorry you've had to make such a choice and go through this 💐
