Pregnant after husbands vasectomy

I'm really scared. I think I'm pregnant- despite DH having a vasectomy last year. He had the tests in March to make sure it had worked- and it had (apparently)- but since yesterday I've had pregnancy symptoms which I recognise from being pregnant with my DD's; really sore nipples and extreme tiredness. The sore nipples were the first clue with DD2.
I would have conceived on Sunday 9 April and the test this morning was negative- but I know it's too early to reliably test. I expect the test I take in a week to be positive.
When I was pregnant with DD2 I took a test 9 days after conceiving which was negative. The test I took a week later was positive.
We don't want another baby- absolutely sure about that (hence the vasectomy). So if I opt for termination- would it be the medical (pill) option? How does that work? How long would I bleed for? And how quickly after getting a positive test would I be referred to the hospital or clinic? I'm meant to be flying to the US in mid May- would this still be possible if I had the termination at the beginning of May?
Sorry about all these questions. I'm not in a good place Sad

I'll do another next week if my period still hasn't come. Thank you for all your support, everyone. It's meant that these few days of waiting have been bearable xxx

Wow - is it too early to celebrate?

I know my body played tricks when we were ttc so u don't trust it at all.

Today is day 33 of my cycle- but my cycle is usually 37-39 days long. If I was pregnant from the date I thought I was (9 April) I'd have a positive test by now. It's so weird- I had all the symptoms. I'm hoping my period will come in the next few days- I'll keep you all posted!

Hi everyone. Thanks for your concern- just wanted to let you know that I got my period last night so definitely NOT PREGNANT!!!! I've never been so pleased to get it in my life. As previous posters said, it must have been normal cyclical symptoms that Ive never had to pay attention to before. So relieved Smile
