I know the answer is 'only you can make this decision' but this is the hardest thing to decide. I know I need to terminate, but I can feel movement and am really torn.

Why do you need to terminate? Try talking it out on here, it's good to have somewhere you can write it all down and hopefully feel clearer in your decision

My situation Bye - I'm unemployed, i'd be a single mother of three and I might get PND again as I suffer from depression and anxiety. I have weeks until my surgical appointment and I wish I didn't have too, but what kind of life could I offer another child?
