I think I'm pregnant and I don't know what to do

Ok.

So I had sex on the 8th of June and the condom burst; within 5 hours of that happening; I took the morning after pill.

I think my last period was around the 19-21st of May .I just can't remember; by my period last 4-5 days. But I know it was around then.

Since then; I've been feeling nauseous, lower down abdominal pains and I even had brown discharge . I took a pregnancy test; on the Saturday; yesterday and this morning; and they have all said negative. But I'm not sure if I tested too early.

I really do not want to have another child now. But would keep it if I am.

Don't worry just yet. The MAP can delay your periods and lead to irregularity and spotting.

I'd imagine you're just experiencing the side effects of the MAP, particularly since you took it so soon after sex.

Get a few tests and test with the first morning urine. My guess would be that you're not pregnant and hormones are just a bit messed up from the MAP.

Thanks bleaty so when do you think it's best to take a pregnancy test after knowing the dates and knowing when my period is rocky around next?

I would give it a few days yet, you're not late for your period yet (depending on cycle) and as bleak said the MAP can change your cycle length anyway. You took the MAP in good time and so you're unlikely to be pregnant.

How long is your cycle normally?

Mines about 28 days and my last period started May 21st so about the same time as yours, and just started again a couple of days ago.

So my guess would be you're probably due any day now so your tests should be fairly accurate. I'd take another one in the morning with your first urine just to put your mind at ease!

But again, presuming you have a 28 dayish cycle, according to my app thing 8th June wouldn't have been a fertile day. Of course that doesn't mean impossible but with the MAP as well I think you'll be fine!!
