Have only just got positive test, I know it's too early to say anything to anyone, but when CAN/SHOULD you tell. Also, do I have to give up booze straight away? Am feeling fine/normal so will be a bit of a wrench... Anything else I should/shouldn't do at this stage? (Of course I realise it may all go pear-shaped so trying to not get over-excited.)
