What does "cmw 3/52" mean in your notes?

Just got back from 28 week appointment where i had my first anti-d injection. Was flicking through notes and this is written at the bottom just above the date of the next injection appointment. What does it mean??? I do wish they would either write it in english or tell you what they are putting in there! Didn't see her write it at the time so couldn't ask then.

community midwife in three weeks, I would assume. Do you have an appt. in three week's time?
