I am 8 weeks pregnant with second baby, and my restless legs are driving me mad! I had this with first pregnancy but only towards the end. It is worse at night and wakes me up and keeps me awake - not good as I work full time and have a 3 1/2 year old. I am already on Iron tablets as Im a vegetarian. Has anyone got any advice please? I cant cope with this for another 7 months!!!

Try a magnesium spray too.

I am also suffering with RLS, so far the only thing that helps is raising my legs. I use my partner for a leg lift and sleep with my knees bent over his body.

Ugh I feel your pain, I had the exact same issue when I was pregnant but not until I reached 30 weeks +. So this is what worked for me at night, a cold/damp hand towel over my legs and feet, there is also a cream you can get which I would rub over my legs and feet at night before I put on the towel which helped me restless legs and feet, I am not 100% sure what it was called, but maybe give creams a google. Deffo try the hand towel though, it worked a treat with me. Good luck x
