We ordered a pram from there. it arrived Tuesday and it was faulty so we took it back today as they offer a " 7 day no quibble quarantee" they said they wont refund us till they have spoken to the manufacturs!! they r basically acting illegally and dh has said that if the money isnt returned to us by the end of monday he is gona issue court proceedings.............its so wrong, we brougth a pram from then which is faulty and they r mucking us around even though it is quite clear in their terms and conditons that they should have given us a full refund!! just as well he is a solicitor i guess........

There was a write up in the paper about how bad they are. I was soooo relieved that we went with Lullaby.

I also have had dire experiences of TLF. I ended up ontacting Watchdg and TS abut them. I finally got my money back - never receieved the product at all - after a few weeks when I managed to get in contact with the MD. They have been on Watchdog already, and TS are very aware of them.

I can't believe they are still trading TBH.

We ordered a Ph&Ts buggy from 2lf and they take the money from the credit card straight away of course. 6 weeks and countless emails and calls later still no buggy. I even tried to cancel it twice on both occassions making promises which I wanted to trust as I know how difficult it is to get your money back and our baby was due. After 7 weeks I had run out of patience and I cancelled it asking for my money back. I ordered another buggy from Oxford pram centre and they were really friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The buggy came the following day. 9 weeks after my order with 2lf I still didn't have my money back and they just turn up out of the blue with it on my doorstep. Of course I refused to accept delivery as I didn't need 2. Did you know that on there website it even says not to send follow up emails if they have not replied to your first as it may delay a response further - what a cheek. I had to go on the radio who then contacted 2lf on my behalf, surprise surprise I got my money back a few days later. The delivery man said they are going to stop dealing with 2lf because there warehouse is filling up with goods refused. They are very rude on the phone and never call you back. 2lf spout standard lines about distance selling allows 30 days to give money back (UP TO!!). We have a friend who waited 3 months for her money back and had to threaten court action in a letter send recorded del. I will never buy anything from 2lf again. If 2lf go bust I will open up a bottle of wine and celebrate.

we had similar experience, dh ordered travel system for baby and took money straught away. took lots of phone calls and emails to confirm order. pram arrived after 6 weeks and seems fine. dh says won't deal with them via website but may use shop where goods are in front of you.
