Is this pain a bad sign - almost 6 weeks?

Hello
Since this morning I've had a constant pain behind my pubic bone.
Getting a bit worried, dont remember this with my other two pregnancies. I know you can have lots of niggly pains with all the stretching thats going on but is this pain a bad sign?
Everytime I go to wee I'm expecting to see blood. I dont want to think this way.

I had this with ds1 the mw said it was my womb expanding past my pubic bone I have not had it this time though.

just had a look on google and most signs are of course bleeding with pain in the abdomen and lower back. its lower than my abdomen and more behind the pubic bone.

I remember getting to 12 weeks I was constantly waiting for something to go wrong. Congrats and hope you don't suffer too many aches and pains.

I had a real achey pain down below for my first few weeks of being pregnant and was so worried that things weren't right... It was nothing at all, just things adjusting in my body I think. Normal pregnancy. Good luck

Im 6week pregnant today and i have horrible pains some down below and alot just under my ribcage im not too sure f its anything to worry about as i was pregnant 6month ago and i had a mmc heart beat stopped 8week2days and found out at my 12week scan but i had nothing at all with that just sick. So i dont know if its normal or not ad im going out my mind
