Haven't come across that exact one myself, but it looks very similar in concept to the Baby Bjorn - I know a lot of women think they're great but personally I found the weight distribution on my back awful (my neck was killing me after 5 minutes with my 3 month old), and I wasn't convinced it was the most comfortable way for DD to travel either.
Have you considered a slightly less mainstream sling or carrier? There are a lot of Soft Structured Carriers (ie shaped fabric and does up with buckles) around that are at least as easy to use as the Baby Bjorn and similar, but are designed to make life much more comfy for both you and your DC - they're just slightly harder to find as they aren't marketed by the big stores. Or you could go for a Mei Tai or a wrap - which tend to be a lot more versatile but with a steeper learning curve. I'm still carrying DD (just over 2) using a Napsack Mei Tai or a Didymos wrap - and she's over 2st now - if I'd been stuck with a BabyBjorn I think I'd have given up within a week!
