FOr the past couple of days I can't seem to get enough to eat. Real ravenous hunger every couple of hours.

What are some good filling meals you'd recommend?

I don't want to put on more fat than necessary (have always had to watch my weight a bit) but junior clearly needs plenty of quality fuel at the moment.

Thanks....

Some sort of fried rice, with egg, and using brown rice. Love it!

Brown Rice, fat-free refried beans, fat free sour cream, salad with balsamico. Will fill you up, lots of goodies but virtually fat-free. You can have tortilla chips and salsa on top. :-)
Or a nice minestrone with lots of veggies. Or an omelette with lots of veggies...you get the idea.

My doctor said she often sees the biggest weight gain around week 20.

Best thing is good quality protein I was told for maximum satisfaction and to stop endless cravings. Rather partial to peppered smoked fish myself at the moment (odd I know). Too many carbs upset your blood sugar level and make you want to eat even more. mind you, have just eaten two slices of nutella on toast myself and am tempted to try a 3rd.
