Should I go for a 4d Scan tomorrow at the baby show?

Hi!

Going to the baby show tomorrow, and I know babybond are offering 4d scans with DVD etc for £95. Still a lot of money for us but never going to get this chance again and TBH I have been having a little bit of trouble "bonding" with this baby, probably because I have been so busy with my DD this time round.

BUT They only offer it up to 32 weeks. I am 32+4. Do you think they will still be able to see properly? Would want to have sex confirmed to make it more worth while.

i personally havnt had a 4d scan i was put off it by a few women i knew who had had one and said it all looked abit weird and they had regreted having it as it was really expensive and not worth it.. however you might regret not having it when its too late to have one although i never have.

Personally id rather spend the money on the baby x

I had a 4D and 3D scan done but I was 20 something weeks. I personally loved it, it's so different to the flat black and white print out you get normally. I'd definitely do it if I were you. Mine cost £200...

I had one at the BabyShow a couple of years ago. Total crap, they were running an hour late, took 5 minutes, and not a personal experience at all. Waste of money.

If you want one done, I'd make an appointmnet at a proper place, so you are allocated a proper amount of time and they take their time getting good pictures of baby for you.

Wow, my daughter is 2 now so it was actually three years ago. Time flies.

Thanks everybody. I will see when I get there.

I had one at baby premier 2 weeks ago and it was amazing - £95 for basic scan then we paid an extra £20 ish for a cd rom. MAde it all seem very very real and took DS (20m) who was fascinated!

Welll I went and they were fully booked anyway - so saved me the £95!
