I have had my period at 6 weeks both times

Northernlurker · 11/02/2009 18:33

Any nasty smell or pain? Could be a sign of infection if so?

BlueCowWondersSomeMore · 11/02/2009 18:34

when mine went bright red again, HV said i'd been doing too much. Was true! REsted more and it went away.

lozzenge · 11/02/2009 18:37

No smell or nasty pain. I have gone back to work. lifting and carrying. Can you get ur period before lochia stops?

I have experience of this and it was because I was doing too much (like bluecow) - the MW said that my blood pressure was raised which would open up the blood vessls in the wound on the uterus again.

I think the others are right then and it's to do with you being more active.
