Worried I've got slapped cheek

I posted a few days ago concerned that I'd been in contact with a child with slapped cheek and I am 18 weeks pregnant. I contacted my GP and had a blood test but have to wait until tomorrow for the results. Over the last 48 hours I have felt a bit under the weather with a slightly sore throat and a bit of a runny nose. I am so worried that I haven't slept. I don't now what to do.

Have you got a rash? You could have any of the many viruses that are going around. More than likely you are immune to slapcheek. Also, at 18 weeks you are past the most dangerous time and even if you did get it it won't necessarily affect the baby. Hang out for the blood test results. I do know how hard it is but try not to worry for nothing.
