Think I may have just done something silly and hurt myself .

Don't shout at me ,we have a cupboard door that sometimes sticks I had my hands full so I kicked it really hard because that works sometimes and felt a sharp pain in my side ,it is now like a stitch in my side not awful but there and worse when I walk what have I done ,baby is fine and kicking away I am 22 weeks BTW.

Sounds like round ligament pain, normal. I had a hard time with it when pregnant with DS2. Walking and running would make it worse.

you won;t have done anything except hurt yourself, IMO. your baby is cushioned in your uterus, two membranes and lots of fluid. and your uterus is protected by your body fat etc... yuo might have pulled something or jarred yourslef by kciking the door, but really, i would try not to worry. if your baby is kicking away, it is doubtful anything bad has happened! try to take a moment to sit down and have a cup of tea. if you are concerned, tehn do call a MW. but as you did not hit your bump, i am pretty sure you are ok
