What is this pain, it hurts like crazy.

At night now while in bed I have had a dull ache in m hips, sometimes it seems to be painful in my groin area also.
I only get it when I have been in bed and relaxing.

I have just had to bring DD down as she will not settle tonight and I felt (and heard) my hip click. I got a horrible pain in my hips and now the dull ache is back.

What is this, could it just be my ligaments stretching because of the pg hormones?

What an awful thing to have have for 12.5 years .

I love walking and generally (when I can lol) like to walk a fair amount everyday, should I stop that completely now?

My mum has a chair (she calls it her biddy chair lol) it is one of those mechanical onew with a foot rest and it even lifts you up out of the seat lol. She has said I can have that here if I need it. All I need after that is to have a grabber thing and I can proper veg out lol.
