Glucose in sample-Again and again and again....

All of my samples (6 in total) from 10 weeks until now (28 weeks) have all had glucose in. I had a GTT Dec 29th of which i passed, The next two visits to midwife again contained glucose so ive got to have a repeat GTT on Fri.

What will happen if i keep passing GTT but glucose still present? Has anybody had this? Am i likely to have a bigger baby? Full term or earlier?

I am not overweight or have a particualary bad/sugary diet.

Thanks
28 wk xx

I had this, and I found out that glucose in urine means absolutely nothing ! This was from a consultant endocrinologist - apparently different people have different thresholds at which their kidneys will dump glucose into the urine, and this lowers in pregnancy. So no bearing at all to how your body deals with the glucose.

If your GTT's are fine (I had two as the first was a bit borderline, but second was fine), then theres no concern at all for your baby
