Morning ladies! I have a question, how have you or did you deal with morning sickness whilst working in an office? I have just started to suffer and work in a quiet office thats quite far from the loo. Has anyone else sat at there desk and felt like throwing up but not wanted anyone to know? I am about 6 weeks and have had to tell my boss as I keep dashing out, and have nearly thrown up in the corridor!
I HATE the taste of ginger so does anyone have any other good tips to keep me feeling better whilst at my desk??

I found sugary, but not fizzy, drinks helpful eg capri sun (the stuff with sugar in) and hot choc, then ate within half an hour.

Sniff a cut lemon. I'm a biology teacher, and managed to dissect a pair of lungs at 8.45am thanks to the power of the lemon.

And coke too.

OMG at TheFallenMadonna and her lungs. Well done that woman.
No way could I have done that with or without a lemon up my nose during those first few months! GAH.

I made sure my bin was always very close to my desk, very nearly threw up in it a couple of times (thankfully didn't) but it was a bit of extra reasurance.
