Is this normal?!

I havent really suffered with moring sickness, felt sick a couple of time, but nothing came of it!!! But now, about 30-45 mins after I eat (no matter how large or small the amount) I find myself running to the toilet...then spitting and wretching, but rarely actually being sick which i quite possibly the most annoying part!

Is there anything I can do to help the situation?! As it is getting rather embarrassing at work

No experience of exactly these symptoms but much sympathy. I think it might be an idea to make an appointment with your GP - they will probably just give you an antacid or something similarly useless, but they may have some insight. Have sometimes been pleasantly surprised (my GP was very helpful when I had severe sickness with DD, signed me off and wen through drug options - MW had just said oh it's very common)
